With a bench press of 145 kg and a time of 11 min. and 6 sec. the distance of 2 km (5 laps Olympic), I finished in 4th place now my first biathlon competition, an inter-regional competition for North Italy qualifying for the Italian championships.
for now I will spare you the details on the race, which for me was long, more or less like a marathon, but I include this shot of the 1st test with 140 kg.
