the last race of the year, the league social persevering, I went back to a valid proof of 150 kg bench after two years (for the record, I also tried out unsuccessfully tendering 152.5 kg). Here's the video of the lift, seasoned with a little 'cabaret. :-)

Two good news!

The first good news is that by Saturday, November 27 are coach and personal trainer Level 1 FIPCF : a qualification is very important for me, that for almost 20 years now spend most of my free time in the gym. Here I am next to my handsome diploma framed!

The second news is a real surprise in the grand prix regional bench of this year I ranked 2nd place in the +85 kg category and the 5th place overall out of 66 athletes (see the table "male athletes. '10" in the Excel file which is located at this link ).

In the first video I'm lifting 145 kg in preparation for the 4th Biathlon Trophy Northern Italy.

In the second video instead lift 140 kg in preparation for the 2 nd Trophy & Sports Co. bench.
